Abacus MC Controllers

ABACUS MC AXIS CONTROLLERS

New generation of Axis controllers feature Multi-axis capability, standard Ladder Logic for programming, built-in HMI programming tool, program simulation on PC and MODBUS open protocol. Built-in PLC with 16DI + 16DO expandable to 32DI + 32DO. The controller is housed in a standard 19" rack for ease of mounting. Remote display option is available.

These controllers provide a complete solution for applications requiring position control on a single or multiple axes, and excellent performance in electrically noisy environments. A choice of LCD display / keyboard panels can be used to display and enter position, speed and other information. Up to 3controllers can be connected together for multi-axis operations.

Each axis can be indipendently configured with a range of standard AC Servo or DC Servo or Stepper axis drives, Providing a great flexibilty for system design & integration.

XYZEE AXIS CONTROLLER



ABACUS MC positioning modules are ideally suited for controlling motion on a single axis, using a variety of drives supporting analog / Step & direction inputs. Using a master / slave configuration, upto 3 axes can be controlled by a single system. The PC based PLC type ladder programming also allows control of other miscellaneous machine functions, using the general purpose inputs and outputs.
